66kv 72.5kv High Voltage Outdoor LW36-72.5 SF6 Circuit Breaker uses sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) gas as the arc extinguishing medium. The sulfur hexafluoride gas not only has good arc extinguishing performance, but also has very good electrical insulation performance. When compressed by the gas cylinder, it sprays to the arc and extinguishes the arc. The simple principle of breaking is shown in Figure 1. The circuit breaker has many advantages, such as simple structure, good breaking performance, and balanced operation. It is also an ideal switch for capacitor banks and reactor banks.
66kv 72.5kv High Voltage Outdoor LW36-72.5 SF6 Circuit Breaker can break various abnormal short circuits smoothly, such as grounding of two poles on both sides of the circuit breaker at the same time in reversed-phase state, near-zone faults, and other faults including the end faults of the circuit breaker. It has low noise in operation, simple structure and compact size. Due to the simple structure and the small burning loss of the arc extinguishing chamber contacts of the circuit breaker when it is interrupted in sulfur hexafluoride gas, the maintenance workload of the circuit breaker is small, and the maintenance work of the circuit breaker is small. The cycle is relatively long.The sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker has a long service life, a long maintenance cycle, and can adapt to frequent operations in a short period of time, with good safety and durability. Under the condition of full capacity of 50kA, the sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker can continuously open and close 19 times, and the accumulated current of interruption has reached 4200kA.
